We were promptly picked up from our parking spot by a friendly man with a bus. Mommy left her phone in the car, and the driver did not hesitate to drive us back around to get it. Wonderful experience.
Parking here and getting to airport is still OK. However, upon return, buses now frequently wait until every seat is filled...which means you will waste 20 minutes driving up and down numerous aisles if you are parked in the back.
I fly out of cvg frequently. I've departed as early as 4:00 a.m. And arrived as late as 3:00 a.m. The divers are always friendly, helpful and caring. One late Friday night, after returning from a week long business trip, I started to leave the lot and noticed my low tire symbol was red, I asked the lady at the gate where I might get some air for my tires this late at night, she said she'd call the airport mechanic service to come help me. Sure enough, a guy driving a truck with lots of accessories checked my tires and inflated each to the recommended psi -for free -! Great service. I always park in this lot because of the service, even though I get reimbursed for parking in the more expensive lots.
This used to be the only place I parked at CVG...but now there are other better options for your $$
Super convenient for getting in and out of CVG airport. Huge, secure lot that is easy to get to from I-275. The shuttle service to and from the airport is very prompt, and the drivers are friendly and helpful. Convenient drop off at the airline ticket counters, and pickup just outside the baggage claim area.
A couple years ago I would have rated 5 stars. Now, more like 2.5.
Love the fact the shuttle will pick u up take over to airport
Not sure what changed, because as recently as last year, the buses would depart with 4-6 passengers.
